東京都小平市出身。青山学院大学文学部教育学科卒業後、現ＡＮＡツアーシステムズにてヨーロッパ企画担当として、マーケティング・企画・制作を担当。仕事で海外の文化に触れる中、留学を決心。ロンドンに語学留学。ANA HALLO TOURS LONDON LTD. にアルバイト勤務しながら語学学校に通う。のちアロマセラピーに出逢い、働きながらアロマセラピーの学校に通うこととなる。

英国時代　現地での活動

ロンドンにて英国アロマセラピーの第一人者の一人ガブリエルモジェイ氏より直接、東洋医学を取り入れたホリスティック・クリニカルアロマセラピーを学び、優秀成績にて卒業。

その後、ロンドBaker Streetのビューティーサロンに勤務。引き続き、インディアンヘッドマッサージ、リフレクソロジーなどの資格を取得。さらに、よりビューティーの技術を深めたいと、エステティシャンの英国家資格BTEC NVQを取得。ロンドンにて個人サロンの運営，及びフリーのアロマセラピストとして多くのイギリス人や日本人の施術を行ってきた。

ロンドンでアロマセラピストに①

大切なのはハート②

私のセラピストの原点はイギリス、ロンドンです。

充実した時間、学び、友達・・・勉強に仕事に遊びに・・・

とにかくキラキラしたロンドン生活を送りました。

キラキラと言っても気持ちがキラキラという意味で、貧乏だけど幸せな気持ちの6年間でした。

私のロンドン生活をブログに綴ってあります。

■Before therapist

Born in Kodaira City, Tokyo. After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Education, she worked for European planning of ANA Tour Systems, in charge of marketing, planning and production. While she was exposed to foreign cultures through her work, she decided to study abroad. She studied English in London. She attends a language school while working part-time at ANA HALLO TOURS LONDON LTD.  She later found out about aromatherapy and attended aromatherapy school while working.

■British period Local activities

In London,  she studied holistic clinical aromatherapy incorporating oriental medicine directly from Mr. Gabriel Mojay, one of the leading experts in aromatherapy in the UK, and graduated with honors.

After that, she worked at a beauty salon in Baker Street, London. She went on to become certified in Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and more. In addition, she wanted to deepen her beauty skills, so she obtained the BTEC NVQ, a British esthetician qualification.  She operated on a private salon in London and treated many British and Japanese people as independent Aromatherapists.

■ First-class hotel therapist and manager in Tokyo

After returning to Japan, worked as a chief of aromatherapy treatment in Park Hyatt Hotel Tokyo (Shinjuku).

As No. 1 therapist, she is in charge of the treatment of many Hollywood stars and celebrities.

After that,  she worked as a therapist in a famous members-only spa facility in Tokyo.   She won many customers among the client base, which is centered on celebrities and business owners.   In the meantime,  she also launched and produced an esthetic department at an acupuncture and moxibustion clinic in Tokyo.

Subsequently, she  served as manager of the Aromatherapy Salon [Lunatua] in the Strings Hotel Tokyo Intercontinental (Shinagawa) and manager of the Aromatherapy Department [Setsugekka] in the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo (Shirokanedai), and maintained the No. 1 name  for many years. . She had many repeat customers. She was responsible for the planning and management of hotel salons, educational guidance for therapists, and event planning, as well as many interviews for magazines and television.

■Aromatherapy for Pregnancy & Postpartum 

Planned and produced the introduction of aromatherapy at an expectant and nursing clinic in Tokyo.

In addition to teaching maternity Aromatherapists, she also experienced a lot of postnatal care for pregnant women as a therapist.

■Aromatherapy for Nursing care 

After caring for her father, she obtained a qualification as a home helper.

Taking advantage of her qualifications, she is in charge of planning and producing the introduction of aromatherapy to nursing homes in Tokyo.

For three years, she had been giving aromatherapy treatments to nursing home residents.  She is also responsible for geriatric aromatherapist training.

■Traditional Chinese Medicine with Aromatherapy & Chinese Medicinal Meal

As a TCM instructor, she deepens her knowledge of TCM,  Kampo aromatherapy, and medicinal herb, aiming for total health and beauty from the perspective of both Western and Kampo aromatherapy.

Nishio’s Salon

2011  she opened an aromatherapy salon [Apricot Heart] in a room of her house in Kodaira, Tokyo.

2012  opened a private salon [Mary's Beauté] and a private school [Tokyo Aroma & Beauty College] in a room in an apartment in Ebisu. 　Utilizing her knowledge and experience, she creates a healing space where you can relax in a quiet environment as a Japanese-Chinese-Western integrated aromatherapy salon.

2014  due to business expansion, the salon moved to a location near the Meguro River surrounded by lush greenery.   The one-room salon became a two-room salon and restarted as a salon loved by many clients.

2017  opened a healing salon [Mary's Beauté Enoshima Terrace] in Katase-Enoshima where you can see the sea and Mt. Fuji. 　It was loved by customers as a special hideout resort salon, mainly for customers of the Meguro salon . Moved to Tama City due to moving in November 2021.

2022  a women-only private retreat salon was opened in the Tama Center & Karakida area.
